 The medical department of the soccer team ABC decided to innovate, and has been using technology to increase efficiency and speed of recovery of injured athletes. To reach this result, the sector therapy abecedista club 'adopted' the Nintendo Wii video game to help the treatment of players. 

The so-called "Wiireabilitação" has been used by physiotherapists with defender Irineu, who is recovering from surgery on his left knee. For those unfamiliar, the Wii is a game where you use a wireless controller that captures the player's movements and play them on the game screen. 

In the specific case of recovery is being used the Wii Fit, a balance called Wii Balance Board, capable of being able to calculate the body mass index of the player. The game features about 50 different activities divided into four categories: yoga, balance exercises, aerobics and exercise like crunches.
